Marshall County Emergency Medical Services Association
The name of this agency shall be the Marshall County Emergency Medical Services Association, hereafter referred to as MCEMSA. This Association shall serve Marshall County, Iowa, and the surrounding areas.
The purpose of MCEMSA is to improve health care by coordinating the emergency medical services for Marshall County. These services will be provided through evaluation of the needs of the Marshall County area, planning and implementation of programs and training of personnel.
